School Supplies Sixth Grade - 3 ring binder, set of tabs for binder, 100 Index cards, colored pencils, pencils, folders, box of tissues, Post-It notes. 7th & 8th Grade - Supply lists will be available to students at Open House on August 14, 2008. Student Fees Make Checks Payable to Eaton Middle School - To register a student new to the district, Parents are to bring to the school their child’s birth certificate, immunization record, social security number, custody papers (if applicable), and the name and address of the previous school. |
